A surgeon recommended me 345cc Natrelle Soft Touch implants (ultra high profile). Will this achieve my goals? I am aware my nipples will be lower than most due to slight sagging. Would 365 or 385 look too big on my body? I have attached some wish photos.
Answer: Size recommendations Thanks for your question! I would really need to see you in person to make the best determination. You are a bit more of a challenge in that your breasts are very widely spaced. I think that picking an implant with a bit more width could really benefit you. Again, an in-person evaluation is the best way to address this. If you aren't feeling 100% comfortable with the recommendation of your surgeon, you can always request another appointment to discuss further. Good luck!

Answer: Your size recommendations Thanks for your questions and photos. I am struck by one feature in your wish photos. All the patient have great cleavage. That means that the width of the implants are wide enough to fill the space from the outside edge of you breasts to where you want them to be. The implant sizes you mention are the SSF implants (full profile), not the SSX (ultra high profile). Without knowing all your measurements, I don't want to speculate if the cleavage will be what you seem to like. It seems like many numbers and details, but it's a question of how you could look. I'm a fan of the Vectra three dimensional photographic system which can give you a realistic view of how you could look with specific implants. Take your time with your decision. Details matter. The difference of 20 cc or 40 cc is not large, but you could well notice it.

Answer: Breast Implant Sizing Although I do not have measurements on you, what I can say is that you have a moderate size gap between your breasts and the key to filling this in will be based on the correct sized implants. You and your doctor have chosen ultra full implants which are the most narrow implants available for a given cc. If the particular size you are looking at fills in your measurements then that would be great, but I would recommend going by measurements rather than particular cc to give you the best outcome. Those cc's you have listed from a volume and size standpoint will all pretty look the same but the key there is that they have different width measurements which in you may be critical in reducing the space between your two breasts.Hope that helps.

Answer: Breast implants Based on your goals an implant in the mid 300 range is a good size. There’s not really much difference size wise between the implants so you might as well go with the larger so you don’t later regret not going larger.

Answer: What are your size recommendations for me? I think that any of the sizes you mention would look great and achieve a look close to your wish pictures. You might want to consider a doughnut lift at the same time to center the nipple and areola on the breast. The implant can be placed through that same incision. Don't stress over a 20 or 40 cc difference, remember a tablespoon is 15 cc. #Staybeautiful #RealDrWorldWide
