Downsizing implants. Should I go 220 LP? Is 245 too wide when going down in projection? (Photo)

I’m 5’2” 110lb athletic with minimal body fat. I currently have 380HP (diameter 11.40, projection 5.5), I’m looking to go as small as I possibly can without needing a lift. I’d like mainly go down in projection. Should I go 220 LP (diameter 10.90, projection 3.4) or 245 LP (diameter 11.40, projection 3.4). Is 245 too wide when going down in projection? I feel like my current ones are too wide for my frame.

If you are bottoming out, you do need to go smaller. Most can drop down up to 150 cc's and still not need a lift with internal lateral pocket tightening.
The main reason for bottoming out in most women is that the implant is too large and heavy for their tissue. You did not mention what size you have, but you need to go smaller. You also did not post photos, so I cannot be specific about the lift. The capsule will need tightening and I like...
