Downsizing implants. Should I go 220 LP? Is 245 too wide when going down in projection? (Photo)

I’m 5’2” 110lb athletic with minimal body fat. I currently have 380HP (diameter 11.40, projection 5.5), I’m looking to go as small as I possibly can without needing a lift. I’d like mainly go down in projection. Should I go 220 LP (diameter 10.90, projection 3.4) or 245 LP (diameter 11.40, projection 3.4). Is 245 too wide when going down in projection? I feel like my current ones are too wide for my frame.

It is difficult to answer your question with the single photo you have submitted but it appears that you have minimal if any sagging and good quality tissue at this time. This suggests you could substantially reduce your implant volumes without causing excessive sagging.

Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately it is impossible to say for certain, as there are many implant manufacturers with slightly different profile/style implants (i.e. extra full, full, moderate, low plus, low, etc), along with the fact that a patient's individual anatomy varies...

I believe this appears as a "double bubble" where a small portion of your implant is sitting below your inframammary fold (natural crease at the bottom of the breast). Recreating your inframammary fold by reattaching your scar to the chest wall should achieve a similar appearance to the other...

I would rd omens the 220 c implants. When you go below 200 cc’s it’s like the implant is barely there. With 220 you’ll be downsizing by a third which would be right. However your breasts currently look excellent and not too large.
