What is going wrong here ? Does this look odd ? Maybe I'm just hypersensitive . I don't feel like it use to look like this in the past. He said he didn't want to overdo it but I feel like my muscles that make that upward motion aren't deadened enough and my inner brows are . I think it would look better if I just couldn't even move them much at all :/

During the Botox if you don’t want an eyebrow arching to be too much there is an Anti-Spock point on the forehead that is to be marked and given 1 unit on each side.  Kindly consult a board certified plastic surgeon for further examination.

Thank you for your question. What you are experiencing is referred to the “Spock” look. This happened when the frontalis (forehead muscle) has been over treated. This can be corrected with additional Botox to the brow depressors to help raise the medial eyebrow. I recommend having a consultation with and experienced expert injector to have this correctly treated. Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, it looks as if your injector was overly aggressive in treating the central forehead muscle. The effects may be reversed by treating the outer forehead muscle. Be sure to find an injector who listens to your concerns and has ample experience providing BOTOX® treatments.

Thank you for your question Teazerbee. Botox is a purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with
facial expression. A peaked brow can be seen after a Botox treatment. This is easily corrected by placing a small amount of Botox on the outer (lateral) part of the forehead. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!

You are experiencing what is often referred to as the "Spock brow" or "Devil Look". Luckily, it is something that can be fixed with a bit of Botox above the outside corner of the brow. Schedule an appointment to see your surgeon or get a second opinion from another board certified plastic surgeon.

The forehead muscles weave between each other as the course from their origin at the bone to the skin to:
  
Lift the eyebrow,
  Pull down the eyebrow, 
  Create expression. 
  Each forehead and each time you come in for Botox, your muscle balance will not be the same so you may need to “tweak” the results. I offer this at 2 weeks following the injection. 
The “Spock” or pointed brow occurs due to:
  
Muscle insertion variation
  Diffusion or over-injection of the central forehead just over the medial brow.
  Options to help it along include:
  
Return to your injector for a single unit of Botox to the peak of the pointed brow, 
  Waiting for the Botox to wear off (approximately 3 months),
  Hold the peaks down and accelerate the return of mid-forehead function by exercising the mid-brow / glabella (at first it will be “willing” it) upward.
