I'm looking into getting lipo to my buttocks and my inner and outer thighs. My bum is totally out of portion to my body and I absolutely hate it. I have never worn a tight dress or something As simple as a singlet and shoes due to the fact I am soo insecure. I have tried exercising and dieting but it does not work to my lower body. I know they say men like big bums but I am disgusted with it and want it reduced. Does anyone else have this problem or do you think I Am a good candidate?

Answer: Buttocks Liposuction Angled distorted selfie views do not allow any reasonable assessment of your complaint. I had a patient who due to a medical condition had large buttocks from which I liposuctioned 11 liters of fat. That patient had more in 1 buttock than you have in 2. Although there may be some fat deposits to remove in the saddle bags and inner thighs you should be very careful about removing fat from a convex area like the buttocks proper. Indents in this area become very visible and can be very hard to fix.

Answer: Liposuction Liposuction of the buttock itself is a very rare procedure for me. Far more common is lipo of the lateral thigh [saddlebag area]. when it is gone suddenly the buttock looks the correct size. Discuss in full with your surgeon.
