Nose tip - Would I be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty?

You look like a solid candidate for rhinoplasty. Your bridge doesn’t need much change, in my opinion the main opportunity is at the tip, where refinement can make the nose look more defined and balanced without altering your natural look.
Some surgeons can provide you the opportunity to show you digital simulations during a consult via devices such as Vectra. It’s not a definite promise of the final outcome, but it gives you and your husband a clear idea of the expected direction and helps make the decision easier.

As far as I can see from your photos you seem to be a suitable candidate for rhinoplasty operation, it is possible to achieve a more elegant and elegant appearance with a single operation, for this I recommend you rhinoplasty operation.

Based on your photos and preferences, I think you would likely be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty, but that would ultimately be decided during a consultation with your rhinoplasty surgeon. There are many options to modify the tip of the nose, but the technique/approach depends on which changes you prefer.
As far as photo simulations go, I try to do these whenever possible during the initial consultation to make sure that I can fully understand the patient's desires the best that I can. It is one thing to talk about these changes, but I think seeing them with photo simulations really makes a world of difference.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be refined to be smaller and better supported. Your skin is a little thick so it will never be really small, but you should get a nice improvement. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty and have excellent facial features. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. In your case, you should be able to have an excellent result. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

In your base view, you can see that the nose is not an equal lateral triangle. It has over projection anteriorly. You need to reduce the projection of the nose. Also, your nasal columella angle is less than 90 degrees and it should be 110 degrees. Your tip is somewhat bulbous and needs to be refined. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.

On front view, you appear to have a bulbous nasal tip appearance, and the base view of your nose confirms that you likely have a deviation of your nasal septum that is causing asymmetry. Your side profile looks pretty good, so there should be only minimal improvement there. The bulbous tip is reduced with a conservative cartilage removal, however, thick skin in the tip will prevent refinement in that area. The thickness of the skin must be determined at the time of the consultation. If you have thick skin, you'll also require a series of steroid shots after the surgery to reduce the excessive swelling in that area. Your bridge line will also be narrowed as well with osteotomy. A closed Rhinoplasty approach can accomplish your goals with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either.
