Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be made smaller and the bump can be taken down, while keeping the nose looking natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Thank you for your inquiry! We would love to meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your surgical and non-surgical options. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.
Great question and thank you for the accompanying photos. First off, a rhinoplasty is a big (lifelong) decision so always take plenty of time to make sure you are comfortable with this decision before signing up for surgery. The areas you are most concerned with are some of the more common areas that patients want addressed with a rhinoplasty (profile/bridge of nose and nasal tip). These are definitely well within what a rhinoplasty can accomplish. I normally recommend getting photo simulations during your consultation so you can work with your surgeon in real time to see what these changes may look like. A liquid rhinoplasty is another option where you have a small amount of filler placed in certainly places to improve contours. This would help with the bridge of the nose/profile, though would unlikely change the width of the nose. I think your best bet is to schedule with a rhinoplasty surgeon and go over these areas in detail and work together to decide what is best for your particular situation. Hope this helps and best of luck!Kyle Kimura, MD
Based on your photos, you have a slight bump on the nasal profile, a wide tip, and a broad alar base. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I would recommend a gentle reduction of the dorsal bump, significant refinement of the tip, and narrowing of the alar base (the area at the base of the nose near the upper lip) to achieve a more balanced and refined appearance. There are no non-surgical approaches that would adequately deal with your concerns. Dr. B.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos alar base procedure, we can narrow your nose wings and thus you can get rid of the wide appearance, at the same time we can lift your nose tip and get a more elegant appearance, for this I recommend rhinoplasty. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Based on your photos, I do not appreciate any significant facial asymmetry. Your left eyebrow may be a bit higher than your right eyebrow, however, this is relatively insignificant. I can see that you have a wide nasal appearance, and an overprojected nasal profile appearance. This means that your bridge and tip stick out a bit too far, and there is an associated small dorsal hump. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance, and a deprojected nasal profile appearance, for a less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
You would benefit from a chin implant. This is done intra-orally so there is no visible scar. The implant will add projection to your chin. The tip of the nose appears bulbous and you would benefit from a tip rhinoplasty. Another thing to consider may be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
First, your face does not appear to be any more asymmetric than anyone else's. 2nd, if you don't like the tip, wide nose, and the side profile, then yes, your answer for treatment of choice is indeed doing a rhinoplasty.
The decision to pursue rhinoplasty relies on many factors, including having realistic expectations of the outcome and understanding the recovery process. At its core, rhinoplasty is all about profile harmonization and facial balancing, and could help address your concerns. Depending on your overall goals, a liquid rhinoplasty (using hyaluronic acid filler) could be the answer (masking the dorsal hump and making the tip look more refined), but it generally makes the overall nose slightly larger. The recovery is generally days rather than weeks / months, but you still need an experienced provider as the risks are higher in the nose and the injector needs to have a strong understanding of the anatomy.I think you’d also likely be a great candidate for surgical rhinoplasty, assuming you accept the healing and recovery process and pending a full consultation, including a detailed exam. I highly recommend you have a consultation with a plastic surgeon focused on rhinoplasty who can discuss the various options.
Thank you for posting your question here!My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a more detailed and personalized plan please consult with your plastic surgeon in person. From your pictures and statements it sounds that the feature that is bothering you the most is your nose. You seem to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty , this will help in dorsal hump reduction and tip refinement that might give you a more aesthetic result.I hope this helps, best of luck!
Hello and thank you for your question and pictures. I can see what you're talking about but it's hard to fully tell based on these pictures and the swelling. Typically it takes up to 1-2 years for all the swelling to fully resolve, but if you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, you...

Hello and thank you for your question and the picture. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip and nostrils) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any...
