Would lipo help to remove hanging stomach area after weight loss? (Photo)

Hi. I'm a 45 year old female and at one point I weighed almost 600 lbs. For the last 10 years or so I have had what I call my pooch. I can't wear pants or shorts anymore because of this and it is very heavy and uncomfortable. I am terrified of surgery so other than having loose skin, would just lipo be able to remove this?
