Is Liposuction safe for a patient with a pacemaker?

I am interested in getting liposuction for my abs and love handles. I am slim, but have some small areas of fat in those areas. I am female. The issue is that I have a pacemaker for an arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). I got it in July 2025 and I am almost 50 years old. I have seen so much conflicting information on the different types of liposuction. From what I have read, tumescent liposuction generally seems to be the safest. Is this correct?

Do not waste money, time, or hope on these modalities that have no data to support their use, only hype. Please get a consultation do see what surgical options are possibly available. Typically it is more liposuction, fat grafting, and/or fat shifting.
