I need my gynecomastia and love handles removed and fat transferred to my shoulders. Can this be done in one surgery?

I have gyno, I’m overweight and have love handles. I’m like 30lbs overweight. I want fat taken from My love handles put into my shoulders, and I want my fat removed from my chest and for gyno to be fixed (when I was thinner my nipples still puffed out). Is there a specific type of surgery where a surgeon can do all this at once? I would like it relatively soon. Is there a specific term of what this surgery is called? What should I be asking for? What are my options? How Can I achieve my goals?

Do not waste money, time, or hope on these modalities that have no data to support their use, only hype. Please get a consultation do see what surgical options are possibly available. Typically it is more liposuction, fat grafting, and/or fat shifting.
