based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. Some skin laxity in the mid-section is necessary as it allows you to bend. While a full tummy tuck can tighten up some of this lax skin in the area above and below your belly button, please consider whether the minor improvement would be worth the surgical experience and related risks.

I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation. From the photos it does appear you'd be a candidate for a tummy tuck. It's important to note that even after a tummy tuck it is possible that you will have some skin laxity when seated.

you need Full Tummy Tuck and liposuction.
A tummy tuck can remove loose, excess skin and fat, and tighten weak fascia. A tummy tuck can also remove stretch marks and excess skin in the lower abdomen below the bellybutton. However, a tummy tuck won't correct stretch marks outside of this area.
If you've previously had a C-section, your plastic surgeon might be able to incorporate your existing C-section scar into your tummy tuck scar.
A tummy tuck can also be done in combination with other body contouring cosmetic procedures, such as breast surgery. If you've had fat removed from your abdomen (liposuction), you may decide to have a tummy tuck because liposuction removes tissue just under the skin and fat but not any excess

I doubt the scar would be worth what amount of skin removed. You will always have "rolls" when sitting. tummy tucks are to remove rolls when standing.

It's difficult to answer your question without a physical exam. You may not have enough skin to do a full abdominoplasty which would remove a large piece of skin and fat. A mini abdominoplasty would be useless for your condition as you have rolls above the umbilicus which are not addressed with this procedure.
