Can I get a full TT?

Question

Hello there. I'm looking for answers whether I can get away with a full tummy tuck. I hate my stomach since after giving birth. I have tried my best to flatten my stomach through exercise and diet but he loose skin will never go away obviously or stretch marks. Many surgeons locally have told me I'm to thin or don't have enough skin. I see many times people thinner than me still get a tummy tuck and nice lookin bbl. which is as well a combination I want. I'm willing to travel.

Based on the photos you provided, you may be a candidate for a tummy tuck surgery to address the stretch marks and loose skin you have developed after pregnancy. Unfortunately, diet and exercise will not fix it. You will benefit from having a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of your flanks to give you a narrower waist and accentuate your overall fit figure. It is not possible to remove all of your stretch marks. But with tummy tuck they will be pulled down closer to the incision line. The stretch marks on your sides may still be there.

The TT will remove the stretchmarks to the level of the belly button. Stretch marks above the navel cannot be removed during a TT. However, because the skin is lifted and repositioned during the TT, stretch marks above the navel prior to the surgery will be less visible following the TT, as they will be moved to a lower position. 
Liposuction, combined with the standard TT, will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas. A TT with muscle tightening will create a flat abdomen and would also provide the benefit of placing your incision along the lower pubic region. The TT also creates a more youthful belly button. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.

Thank you for your question and photos. Ultimately, you will need an in person examination with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to determine the best recommendation for you. A Full Tummy Tuck will address skin laxity above/ below the belly button and you will receive muscle plication. A Mini Tummy Tuck will only help with the skin laxity underneath the belly button. The answer is yes you have a indication for a tummy tuck but probably it will be leaved an small vertical scar together with the horizontal. With these procedure we can remove the skin excess and also the stretch marks underneath the belly button.

You do appear to have some loose skin, but an exam is needed to determine if you are a good candidate for a full tummy tuck.  If you are not, you may be able to consider BodyTite which combines liposuction with RF technology to tighten the skin up to 40%.
