Which procedure would give more results/hourglass shape, liposuction 360, tummy tuck or BBL? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and series of photographs.  Nothing replaces an in-person examination, but I think you would most benefit from a full tummy tuck and liposuction of your waist and flanks.  The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue.  Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat.   Hope that this helps

I would recommend you to get a tummy tuck and BBL for better results.
If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for.

I'm sure you've thought about this and came to some conclusions as to what your prefer but I do feel anatomy in your body needs a change, so in my hands, this is a Tummy Tuck along with liposuction 360 that would get you an hour glass figure. If you feel that your buttocks are curvy enough then no BBL needed however if you have "hip dips" and other changes you may want someone to take a look at your buttock area with you in an office setting. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After this, you can consider liposuction.

Liposuction, combined with the standard TT, will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas. A TT with muscle tightening will create a flat abdomen and would also provide the benefit of placing your incision along the lower pubic region. The TT also creates a more youthful belly button. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.
The TT will remove the stretchmarks to the level of the belly button. Stretch marks above the navel cannot be removed during a TT. However, because the skin is lifted and repositioned during the TT, stretch marks above the navel prior to the surgery will be less visible following the TT, as they will be moved to a lower position. Consult with a board certified PS via email or Skype to determine the best path forward.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for sharing your photos! Although it is difficult to say without an in person examination, if you have good skin elasticity, you should be a good candidate for tummy tuck and liposuction. Liposuction works best on patients who are of relatively average weight, but who need help with a problem area, or with shedding the ten pounds they regain between diets. I use several innovative forms of liposuction, including SmartLipo, in order to contour and re-sculpture the area while providing optimal results with minimal scarring.
People who have especially slack skin in their midsection will often need more than what liposuction alone can offer. Typical candidates for a full tummy tuck are women with drooping abdomens after pregnancy, women and men who've lost a great deal of weight, menopausal women, or older people with loose skin due to age. In the tummy tuck, the skin from the rib cage down to the pelvic area is tightened, and the belly button is moved up and secured in a new position.
Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty can take 3 hours or more and if you’re having the procedure as an outpatient, you’ll be able to go home shortly thereafter. Thank you for the pictures. You are definitely a better candidate for the tummy tuck with tightening of the abdominal muscles. You could have a little lipo on the back and flanks but there really is not much fat to harvest. You should expect a flat stomach of the TT and the scar would be very low in the bikini line and not a cosmetic concern.

Based on your goals and photos the procedures to consider are a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. This would remove excess skin and fatty pockets as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The liposuction would further enhance your curves. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Your bottom is quite large and so adding volume there doesn’t make sense to me.

It seems like your bulging abdomen is the primary concern and for that a full tummy tuck is by far the best procedure.
