I have reached a healthy BMI weight a few months ago and maintained it.I Don't look lean and might have a body fat of 18-20%, I want to do my tummy tuck now, but then after I heal and after the pandemic, I plan on going to the gym and training properly (weights and cardio) to lower by body fat to 10% and have visible abs. Is this an ok plan or will lowering my body fat percentage ruin the results?
