I had rhinoplasty in '07 and since '12 I've had chronic post nasal drip, causing acid reflux. My ENT diagnosed non-allergic rhinitis, and deviated septum. In '21 I started to feel a sharp pain in my columella when I put pressure on it and something moves in my right nostril. I'd like to correct my nostril asymmetry because in my front view the left looks too high.
