I personally think you would benefit from a revision rhinoplasty including a tip plasty and a correction of the bridge.

Of course, it’s best to consult with a board certified surgeon expert in revision rhinoplasty.

Hello! First of all thank you for your question.Here is the evaluation I can make from the photos :There is an infratip lobule retraction and there is fullness in the nasolabial angle. A graft should be placed to correct the lobule retraction and excess cartilage in the nasolabial angle should be trimmed by 1-2 mm to make the columellar show uniform.
