Hi, 15 months ago I had a rhinoplasty I am happy with the result so far but the tip of my nose I think is slightly raised my surgeon could adjust this she says but I wondered whether or not I should do it because of with the risks my question is actually is it possible to get my nose tip down a bit more. I deliberately waited a year to see if the result is what I would like, but every day I struggle to accept how it is now I don't really recognize myself because you can see my nostrils
