Should I have to pay for a revision after six months? (Photo)

My breast lift and Implant Exchange surgery was about 6months ago. One side is higher and rounder than the other. Over time, it's gotten worse. Before the surgery, it was the opposite. The one side that was higher and rounder had a capsular contracture. Now the higher/rounder side does not have a capsular contraction. So, the plan is to do a revision. And, both breasts are going to be revised. He is charging $5100. That seems too much to me!
