I am currently 750/800cc What procedure and size would I need to achieve this result
Answer: Implants Please do not go bigger!!!! Your implants are already too large for your tissue and frame. Your implants are already starting to sag because of the weight. The lady in your wish photo has two hard round balls on her chest that do not look good and do not feel good.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Nikki3270, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Currently 750/800cc - how to get this size & fullness in breasts? Thank you for your pictures and questions. If you have silicone implants, you are going to max out at 800 cc as this is the largest that is made. The only other option for implant volume is to wait until larger silicone implants come out (supposedly in the process with Mentor) or to change to saline implants (800 cc) and "overfill" them to more than 800 cc. But, word of advice, with your thin soft tissue coverage and petite frame, large implants are going to cause large problems on a long enough time line. I would consider tightening the skin envelope (lift/mastopexy) and supporting the implant (mesh) to acheive better cleavage and upper pole fullness. It looks like you also have some asymmetry (cap con?) that may need to be addressed? Hope this helps! Dallas Buchanan, MD VIVIFY plastic surgery Tampa, FL

Answer: Larger breasts First, the wish pic you chose is posed with her arms over her head. This substantially raises the breasts, rounds them and may allow for better cleavage. You are quite large now and have some stretching of your skin. Over time, your breasts will stretch and descend downward (all larger breasts augmentations do)! A physical exam would answer if your medial pockets (cleavage) are open or need to be adjusted and evaluate your implants and skin. The largest silicone is only 850cc’s which is not enough increase (800-850) to make such a difference. Saline implants are available in larger sizes, however, they tend to cause the skin to stretch and drop at a faster rate. Best wishes

Answer: Currently 750/800cc - how to get this size & fullness in breasts? Based upon the wish picture you would need over inflated saline implants to 1000-1200 cc ranges. This would negate the manufactures warranty, btw. Since doing "off-label" surgery of hyper inflation of saline implants fees are higher in the $12,000 ranges.
