I got my breast implants in June of 2021 & I haven't had any other issues until about 1.5 months ago when I started noticing they were getting lower and felt super uncomfortable. On my right side I started getting sharp pain at the bottom of the implant and on the side. It feels like I pulled a muscle and it's happened multiple times. Is there something worth concern or specific questions I can bring up to my surgeon when I go? I am also not happy with how they look.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. If you have silicone implants, you are going to max out at 800 cc as this is the largest that is made. The only other option for implant volume is to wait until larger silicone implants come out (supposedly in the process with Mentor) or to change to...
If you look at your before photos, you will see an even bigger gap. Larger implants may not be able to close this gap because of your anatomy/. A fat transfer might be helpful, but you will not have deep cleavage.
You do have some excess tissue, skin and maybe breast, on the side profile of one breasts. More tissue can be removed through the vertical incision which may correct the problem. Otherwise, the lift internally can be redone. I would try the in office procedure first.
