Can I improve large gap between breasts, 7 month post-op? (Photo)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If you look at your before photos, you will see an even bigger gap. Larger implants may not be able to close this gap because of your anatomy/. A fat transfer might be helpful, but you will not have deep cleavage.

Thanks for your questions and photo. A physical exam is required to better answer your questions. That being said, larger implants (or wider ones such as moderate classic shape) will not help unless the medial cleavage (capsule and possibly a proton of lower muscle) is released. The fact that you cannot push the breasts closer means the medial tissue is not opened. This may be due to a wide sternum which prohibits narrow cleavage from being achieved.
