I had one syringe earlier today. There was no bruising or pain just little red on one sideAt night I washed my face and wiped it. My face get more red and so hot. Is this normal?!

The distortion you’re seeking may be due to swelling. Swelling is common after fillers and typically goes away after a week or two. If you’re concerned, please follow up with your plastic surgeon.
No it's not common to experience swollen lymph nodes after filler treatment. It may or not be related to your injections. Visit with your primary care physician for an evaluation.
Your skin would not be ruined nor stretched from your filler treatment. You can have any remaining filler dissolved with hyaluronidase if desired. Visit with your injector for an evaluation.
