Thank you very much for your question.CoolSculpting is an excellent choice for patients looking to reduce isolatedareas of fatty tissue, such as the stomach or flanks. The technique caneliminate 25-30% of the fatty tissue after a single treatment. Unfortunately,CoolSculpting does not affect tissue elasticity, so lax skin will continue tosag after treatment. However, without a photograph or an in-person examination,it is difficult to give you any more specific advice. I recommend that youschedule a consultation appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon, experienced in the CoolSculpting technique. He/she will perform an examinationand carefully determine if CoolSculpting is the right technique to achieve theflat, smooth stomach you desire.
CoolSculpting is a non-surgical solution for removing fat cells in many areas on your body and can be a great alternative for fat removal on your stomach. However, it won’t tighten the skin. I would recommend to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon first to get the best advice. Hope this helps.
It's difficult to answer your question without seeing you first, but Coolsculpting is great for the abdominal area. It's not very good at tightening skin, but some patient do get slight contraction after the fat goes away.Thank you for your question!Dr. Schreiber, Baltimore plastic surgeon
It is impossible to say what is the best treatment for you without a photo or better yet, an exam. Coolsculpting is like liposuction in that it simply removes fat. It does not tighten or remove skin. If loose skin is a component of your problem, a tummy tuck may be a better procedure for you. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to discuss your particular need. Best wishes.
Thanks for your question. An in-person consultation is best for determining if you are an ideal candidate. The coolsculpting procedure requires you to have pinchable fat and little loose skin as it does not work in tightening your skin. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation. Regards,
Coolsculpting reduces fat in particular areas of the body. It does not improve hanging skin. The only treatment for hanging skin is to have it surgically removed. I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for more specific details on procedures and costs. Best of luck!
Yes. If your overhang is pinchable and you are at your targeted weight, then you should be a good candidate for coolsculpting. One treatment of coolsculpting removed around 25% of fat cells and it takes around 3 months to see end results. Coolsculpting will not treat sagging skin, only fat cells. Make an appointment with certified provider to check if you are the right candidate and get your treatment plan set up. Good luck!
We offer free consultation at our locations so that we can have our registered nurses take a look at prospective CoolSculpting clients in person. It is very important to be able to actually see the areas in question, so that we can make a determination as to whether or not you are actually a good candidate. From what you describe, it sounds as though CoolSculpting may be able to help you reduce the area, but you may end up with loose skin that may need to be treated with a tummy tuck. Again, I would recommend scheduling an in person consultation. I wish you luck in your journey.

Dear bigtrouble1,Great question. You may be a candidate, but its tough to tell without any pictures or examining you. If there is pinchable fat then you would potentially be a candidate. However if it sjust loose skin, then coolsculpting may not work and you would need a tummy tuck perhaps. Good luck and best wishes!
Coolsculpting only melts fat cells and it does it slowly. One treatment melts 25 % of fat cells. After coolsculpting treatment your fat is gone, but the sagging skin is still present and that is treated with laser treatment, ultra sound and radio frequency. It tightens the skin and improves...
We have both devices in our office, and so are in the unique position to adequately compare them. As far as we are concerned, SculpSure is the much better device. Both will give about the same results at about 20-25%, and both do permanent fat reduction. But because Coolsculpting has...
I advise you to contact your provider and discuss it with her/him. #0 minutes treatment should deliver desired results, while it has been shorter than that, you may want to repeat the treatment. Good luck!
