If the loose skin is what bothers you, a tummy will remove the excess loose skin. Some of the abdominal distension you have could be caused from visceral fat internally which only diet and exercise can get rid of. Being that you have not had any children, it may be best to wait if you plan on having children in the future. If you have a tummy tuck and get pregnant afterwards, you may need an additional surgery after pregnancy.

Thanks for your question! Based on the photos, I think a tummy tuck is overkill. You could probably correct some of your roundness with exercise. Also, to be doing this at a young age prior to children seems like a mistake as well. Good luck!

From the pictures, you don't seem to be a candidate for a tummy tuck. Your round belly is probably because of your posture and relaxed muscle tone. That is easily fixed with toning your abs and working in a targeted fashion.

Abdominoplasty is a powerful procedure that can help correct excess skin/skin laxity, excess fat and separation of abdominal muscles. Thank you for providing photos. I am unsure if you have enough skin laxity for a tummy tuck procedure to be meaningful for you. You have not stated your age or the plan for future pregnancy. However, if you are planning future pregnancies, I do not recommend a tummy tuck at this time. You are a borderline case and you will be trading a flat stomach for a wide scar.
