Revision Rhinoplasty needed - can this be fixed? (photos)

Hi all Please see pics, I had closed rhinoplasty done nearly 10 years ago now when I was 16. I always kind of felt like after the healing the tip carried on having that slightly ‘swollen’ look. The results looked smaller when the cast first came off. I was wondering if this would be a big procedure to ‘fix’ and would pricing be about the same as the first surgery? Thanks

You do not have a "polybeak" per se. It seems that your upper nasal bridge may be a drop too low. This may be addressed with fillers rather than revision, depending on your examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
Hi @calamity13. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
