Are my boobs to separate? I had surgery exactly a month ago (June 9 2017) I feel like my boobs are to far apart n they still hard is this good or should I be worried I got 300cc saline

Thank you for your question and photograph.  Your implants appear to be in good position wherein the implant is centered directly behind the nipple.  My strong advice is to wait a full 4-6 months before considering your final result.  Best of luck.

Your breasts are as close together as a surgeon could make them. You appear very thin so it is likely that your implants are at least partially under the muscle. In order to get the implants any closer to the midline a surgeon would have to separate the muscle attachments to your sternum. This separation would result in symmastia(one large breast across your chest) and possible functional effects on your pectoralis muscles. Rest assured that your tissues will soften over the next several months, and you should be able to get some more pleasing cleavage with the help of a bra.

Thank you for your question and photograph. It seems that the implants are centered quite nicely on the nipple at this point. Since it's only been a month after surgery, the stark appearance of the breast as it comes away from the surrounding soft tissues, may improve with a few more months as the skin and muscle stretch and accommodate the implant. Hope that's helpful.
