Lymph node enlargment and issues after a neck lift is very unusual.  I would think it would be unlikely that these issues are secondary to a complication from the neck lift.   You need to have a through evaluation by a qualified ENT or otolaryngologist to investigate these issues.  I hope this helps.  

I have reviewed your previous posts on this issue.  As you can tell from the previous posts, lymphadenopathy as a result of a necklift is extremely rare.  Copious bleeding in a necklift should also be rare, but shouldn't stimulate enlarged lymph nodes. The phrase, "no organisms found only bacteria present" is confusing.  What type of bacteria? I think that you need to have the bacteriology reviewed by an Infectious disease specialist.

The enlarged lymph nodes should not be an issue related to the surgery. I have also read your previous post, and the description of your maladies.  I do agree with other physicians that this is quite rare.  I also think that an Infectious Disease Physician Consultation by a Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician would be very helpful at this point.  I also think for the swelling, and pain that you had mentioned in your last post, that a good physical therapist that works with post operative patients would be very helpful.
