Are these really jowls at 25? I don't think it's loose skin because when I pinch it's fatty. (photos)

Thank you for your question, maddiebeats. For some reason the images are not appearing, however, based on my experience, many 25 year olds with jowls do not require Neck Lifts. Rather, Kybella injectables or buccal fat removal can provide the desired result. Gravitional aging in the face typically begins in your 40s.  You face appears completely normal based on the photos you submitted.

It is unreasonable to consider neck surgery in 25 year old people except in extreme circumstances (large weight loss or diseases of the skin). That does not mean that the neck of a 25 year cannot be improved. It is more likely that you have prominent Buccal fat pads which can be removed through small incisions inside of your mouth.  This procedure produces a profound change in the contour of your lower face and may be combined with liposuction along your jawline for better definition.
