I had a rhinoplasty almost three years ago and I’m still a bit unsure about the results. I feel that the tip is still smaller than before but it still looks bulbous with not much definition. From profile view, I feel that the length of the tip is too short. Is there a way to fix these two problems in order to gain a nose that looks longer from side view and thinner/more defined from front view?

A detailed examination; internal and external is required and as silicon implant you have is big, it made your nose bumpy, your implant can be removed, then tip can be refined with closed and atraumatic Revision Rhinoplasty can fix your Problem.
