Is my nose too short in length? Can it be made thinner from tip? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty almost three years ago and I’m still a bit unsure about the results. I feel that the tip is still smaller than before but it still looks bulbous with not much definition. From profile view, I feel that the length of the tip is too short. Is there a way to fix these two problems in order to gain a nose that looks longer from side view and thinner/more defined from front view?

 A detailed examination; internal and external  is required and as silicon implant you have is big, it made your nose bumpy, your implant can be removed, then tip can be refined with closed and atraumatic Revision Rhinoplasty can fix your Problem. Kind Regards,

Hi Taylor, It was really bad exprince for you,  to have the look you wanted is difficult with liquids because your nose  crooked with time. You need to have a really good detailed examination revision Rhinoplasty will help you. Kind Regards,

A revision alarplasty would be a good option. The wide nostrils are making the nose look big. The tip is also bulbous. It can appear more bulbous after the nostrils are narrowed. So make sure to discuss that with your surgeon.RegardsDr. J
