The skin is very thin on my left tip and it seems like it's sticking to the cartilage under. I did an Asian rhinoplasty with implant on the bridge and removing of fat tissue on the tip with ear cartilage placed in the tip of my nose. Also, septal extension using medpor. Recently I been noticing one point on the left side of my tip's skin is getting very thin and when I touch it I feel like there is a pointy cartilage underneath. I am wondering what is happening? Also, the skin at this point of my nose seems to stick to the cartilage underneath it.

A detailed examination; internal and external is required and as silicon implant you have is big, it made your nose bumpy, your implant can be removed, then tip can be refined with closed and atraumatic Revision Rhinoplasty can fix your Problem.

Thank you for your inquiry. Revision Rhinoplasty with removing the implant would be required and placement of a graft would be appropriate. I recommend you return to your surgeon to discuss options or consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon...
