Twice my nose has gotten crooked years after surgery. Should I bother doing it again? Can liquid nose jobs help?

Hello and thanks for the question.  Sorry to hear that the issue keeps recurring.  Straightening a  crooked nose thru rhinoplasty tends to be one of the more difficult tasks.  As time passes the structures and materials that are used to straighten the nose can slowly warp and the issue can recur.  Your situation is a bit unusual in that it has occurred twice.  I do not think a "liquid" nose job would not be a good option.  A third surgery is an option but if you are considering it, you should make sure to seek a consultation with a  surgeon with expertise in revision rhinoplasty. It was really bad exprince for you, 
to have the look you wanted is difficult with liquids because your nose  crooked with time.
