Hi - I'm day 17 after my first septorhinoplasty and turbinectomy and also to reduce the width of my tip. During consultation the doctor suggested I can reduce my bridge slightly and I agreed. I didn't want to change the angle of how my nose was and as you can imagine Im horrified every day seeing the saddle deformity become Worse. The doctor said he placed a stitch in the columnella to stabilize the nose angle so it doesn't drop But this is now deformed

Your nose is not going to change in size or shape with manipulation - rubbing, pulling etc is not going to make a difference. It sounds like you are unhappy with your nose, an consultation with a plastic surgeon would be a helpful thing to do !
