Hi - I'm day 17 after my first septorhinoplasty and turbinectomy and also to reduce the width of my tip. During consultation the doctor suggested I can reduce my bridge slightly and I agreed. I didn't want to change the angle of how my nose was and as you can imagine Im horrified every day seeing the saddle deformity become Worse. The doctor said he placed a stitch in the columnella to stabilize the nose angle so it doesn't drop But this is now deformed
