Is getting explant via enbloc & lift at same time dangerous?
Answer: Dangerous combination Personally I think the risks of this combination are so high that it is a major mistake. If fact, you will probably end up with multiple revisions to take care of the problems created by this combination.

Answer: En bloc and lift En bloc removal and oft can be done at the same time in many cases. If the skin is thi however, you run the risk of tissue damage if you try to do these at the same time and may be better off doing the lift at a second stage.
