I'm an athlete naturally thin and very flat chested barely an A cup. I don't have HUGE areolas but I would love to have them made slightly smaller to better much my super tiny breasts but I do NOT want permanent stitches placed in my body as I am against having foreign objects. Is it REALLY necessary when someone is getting only a SLIGHT areola reduction to use permanent stitches rather than dissolvable one? I am NOT interested in getting breast implants that it out of the question.

If you are wanting the size of the areola to be smaller the most reliable result would be to have areola reduction surgery. This involves an incision around the areola which typically heals nicely and is well hidden. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
