How can I treat a droopy eyelid caused by side effect of Prednisolone?

I am treating uveitis with "Pred Fort" eye drops(1% Prednisolone accetate) for 5 years.Mean while I also took oral steroids, and now after such a long period their side effects have come to shown. 1)cataract; (2) Glaucoma (3) Droopy eye lid. The most I am worried about droopy eye lids since I have no find any madication to treat it? and dont know how long they are gong to stay drooped.

Eyelid creases can form over time due to descent of the eyebrow or with aging due to increased skin elasticity. An eyelid lift or blepharoplasty can improve these creases. Occasionally, laser skin resurfacing also helps.

This is genetic and can develop at anytime in the aging process. I have many young patients who do lasers and fillers to improve this.  Surgery is also an option.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Milwaukee: The "dark circles" you complain of are not tear troughs, they are shadows caused by your eyeballs, which are somewhat more prominent than average. This is most likely the way you were born, but thyroid disease can cause prominent eyes as well so you should speak with your internist...
