How can I treat a droopy eyelid caused by side effect of Prednisolone?

I am treating uveitis with "Pred Fort" eye drops(1% Prednisolone accetate) for 5 years.Mean while I also took oral steroids, and now after such a long period their side effects have come to shown. 1)cataract; (2) Glaucoma (3) Droopy eye lid. The most I am worried about droopy eye lids since I have no find any madication to treat it? and dont know how long they are gong to stay drooped.

Dear Patient, Its unlikely that the steroids you took caused your drooping eyelid. This can happen to anyone with time. It is repairable with surgery primarily.Some allergy drops such as Naphcon-A can temporarily cause a slight raise to the eyelid for a few hours, butthe best most long lasting result would be to correct a likely slipped muscle in the eyelid region.See a surgeon in your area for evaluation.I hope this was helpful.
