I woke up about 3 days ago and noticed an extra crease above my natural crease on my left eye . This makes my eye appear larger than my right eye.. I thought it would simply go away after a few hour but it's been days now and it is really bothering me . Why did this happen how can I get rid of it?

This is genetic and can develop at anytime in the aging process. I have many young patients who do lasers and fillers to improve this. Surgery is also an option. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
A trans-conjunctival approach is performed for patient's for the fat removal of the lower lids, not skin. The incision is placed on the inside of the eyelid and the fatty deposits are removed. The photographs do not demonstrate any fatty deposits in the lower lids.
