I have been battling my sinuses for several years. I had one sinus surgery in August 2014 using the balloon procedure followed by another surgery in September 2015 and a third surgery just 2 weeks ago (December 28, 2015) which included a thorough cleaning of my maxillary sinuses. Starting in July of 2015 I developed bags under my eyes that have not gone away. I don't have a family history of eye bags so maybe it's a result of all my sinus problems. I don't have allergies. Suggestions please.
