Transconjunctival with lower Blepharoplasty what's the cost? (photo)

Milwaukee: The "dark circles" you complain of are not tear troughs, they are shadows caused by your eyeballs, which are somewhat more prominent than average. This is most likely the way you were born, but thyroid disease can cause prominent eyes as well so you should speak with your internist about ruling this out.  Certainly seeing an experienced aesthetic eyelid surgeon is reasonable but again I wouldn't suggest filling this area with injectable fillers or doing cosmetic surgery based on this photo you have shown.  

 A trans-conjunctival approach is performed for patient's for the fat removal of the lower lids, not skin. The incision is placed on the inside of the eyelid and the fatty deposits are removed. The photographs do not demonstrate any fatty deposits in the lower lids.
