I got a rhinoplasty with alarplasty about 6 months ago. I am regretting it so much especially the alarplasty because it doesnt suit my features at all. My nose looks strange when i smile. Its too upturned and my infratip lobule and columella is too flat. The nose itself is pretty but not on me. How do i fix this? Can it be fixed without surgery? Can filler be put in the infratip lobule and columella to round it out? if i do surgery, is it possible to do just minor tip revision surgery or a full revision need to be done? thank you
