Nose doesn't suit ethnic features. Can filler be put in the infratip lobule and columella to round it out? (Photos)

Based on your photos, your nose looks pretty good after rhinoplasty. Your before photo shows a droopy tip that has now been lifted, but no overly so. You didn't have much columellar show before surgery, so there's not much of a difference to after surgery. You can always try a little filler to enhance you columella some, but if you really want to change things permanently, a revision would be required. The tip can be de rotated and grafts can be placed to make the columellar show better. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, I would not recommend injecting a filler for this. If you want to try to de-rotate your tip, a revision with placement of extended spreader grafts is a much better option. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It is not possible to completely reverse a rhinoplasty. Alarplasty in specific is irreversible.
You should discuss with your surgeon the exact changes you want and then proceed with only the changes that can be safely done.
