Bump on the side of my nose (1yr 9 months post op) (Photo)

I had this bump on the side of my nose, it is kinda soft like there’s something round inside. I noticed this 4 months ago but it went away on its own. Now i got it again. What could it be? It felt like a bruise for the first 3 days, 4th day till now it’s doesn’t hurt that much anymore Procedure done: goretex rhinoplasty(revision from silicone)
