Right side of tip higher than the left side of tip (Photo)

I got rhinoplasty a year ago. I am concerned about the right side being more pronounced than the left. Would it make a difference if I opted for steroid injections where excess scar tissue might be to reduce the right side? (I can do revision but know it's a complicated process which can leave me at risk for worsening what it already is. Note: During healing I had an injection from the incision in my right nostril and have like a raised bump there leaving a hypothesis on excess scar tissue.

The bump is most likely due to visibility of the medial crus (tip cartilage). It will not extrude, though as your skin continues to de-swell more contour irregularities may appear. However, the silicone implant on the bridge of your nose is not permanent and will require revision at some point.
