I recommend you wait 6 months from the date of surgery before undergoing any revision. Your lip lift was most done centrally and not enough was done laterally. You will need lateral excision to pull up the corners.

as a surgeon who performs liplifts very frequently i want to assure you its too early to decide. how a liplift looks at one month and how a liplift looks on the long term. please take your time for soft tissues to settle down and after 3rd month and 6th you'll hopefully like what you see. the volume of the lip will also decrease due to swelling reduction

Hello, There are a couple options in these cases. One option is to do a lateral lip lift and balance the sides of the lip and corners of the mouth. This will not change the amount of tooth show in the center but it will help get a more balanced appearance. Lowering the center requires a V to Y advancement of the lip. Its best to wait approximately 6 months so the lip has a chance to drop somewhat on its own. My other concern with excessive central elevation is that the unbalanced pull downward in the center can widen the scar, even with strong deep fixation. I would try to avoid excessive tension on the scar and to make sure you continue using a scar cream. Hope that helps.
