Would a lip lift help me achieve a wider alar base and larger nostrils? (photos)

I was unhappy with the results of my second rhinoplasty after my nostrils were overly narrowed and uneven in size. I also didn't like how my nose was more projected from my face and it was more upturned. I'm wondering if a lip lift cold be used to widen my alar base and make my nostrils larger. Also will it have any other effect on my nose? Such as leaving my nose more upturned? Also should I dissolve my lip fillers before a lip lift procedure? Thank you.
