Will a lip lift help my overall appearance and can this be accomplished with microcoring? (photos)

I'm really beginning to see signs of aging around my mouth. I'm wondering if I'm a good candidate fora lip lift? My skin is thin and very transparent. Every scar I've had since my teenage years is hypotrophic.
