Will a lip lift help my overall appearance and can this be accomplished with microcoring? (photos)

I'm really beginning to see signs of aging around my mouth. I'm wondering if I'm a good candidate fora lip lift? My skin is thin and very transparent. Every scar I've had since my teenage years is hypotrophic.

It is possible to extend the lip lift laterally. The tissue taken from the outside of the nose-face junction can be used as a flap to lay inside the alar incision. This will widen the nostrils while pulling them outward more laterally from the skin excision. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
