The lines seem a bit deeper than fine lines. I have looked up various procedures, namely 1)corner lip lift (a dr advised against it, citing scarring issues) 2)commissuroplasty or narrowing of the mouth 3)Bullhorn liplift (with more lateral shortening than vertical) 4)some kind of skin excision or resurfacing (not sure how much it would help) Is there really no way to have a scar free healing in the first two procedures, even with the best scar prevention protocols? What are the viable methods?
