I ve had a very poor results after my rhinoplasty i look very horrible . My tip use to be flat and bulbous and use to fit my face now i have a very small ,projected and uptuned tip .My bridge is totally ruined after osteotomies . The cast was uneven and i think it is the reason why my nose is super inclined to one side of my face. If i do a revision rhinoplasty is there any hope for me to get as close as possible to my old nose? Or i might just ruin my nose even more ?

It has been two months since your revision so hopefully that is just tip swelling and will go down in time. You may want to continue wearing the splint to compress it. It is possible that this is blood that clotted there and it now is a thick scar. You may need a revision of defatting of the...
To improve you will need cartilage grafts, possibly from a rib and possibly from your ears to reconstruct the areas that are collapsing. As unfortunate as this outcome is for you don't dismay. It can indeed be improved substantially.
If there is pus coming out of it then it needs to be debrided. There may be some retained foreign body or suture in this area.
