If it has been 11 months then it is most likely not going to resolve spontaneously. You will probably need a revision. It appears your cartilage structure is deformed and you may need reconstruction with possible cartilage grafts. You need to contact the original surgeon. Based on your photo, you appear to have very thin nasal skin and a poorly healed Columella incision. The exact reason for this is unclear. Sometimes, indentations between your skin and underlying nasal tip cartilages may be camouflaged with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections permanently. Was this a primary(your first) rhinoplasty or a revision?A pre-op (similar) view would be most helpful.Do you have any medical issues?Was there ever a healing wound in that area?Is your nose hard to the touch?Is the skin normal color?
