Had my first rhinoplasty in July 2018. I had a hanging collumella that I wanted to fix after the procedure. So, i Went in for revision with same doctor in May 2022. my nose got worse. The above photo is my nose 1 year after my first revision. Went to someone else July 27 2023 to actually correct the collumella, narrow the bridge, and shorten projection of the tip. The photo below is almost 2 months post second revision. What happened to me

To improve you will need cartilage grafts, possibly from a rib and possibly from your ears to reconstruct the areas that are collapsing. As unfortunate as this outcome is for you don't dismay. It can indeed be improved substantially.
If there is pus coming out of it then it needs to be debrided. There may be some retained foreign body or suture in this area.

If it has been 11 months then it is most likely not going to resolve spontaneously. You will probably need a revision. It appears your cartilage structure is deformed and you may need reconstruction with possible cartilage grafts. You need to contact the original surgeon. If he is not...
