Pimple-like bump on nostril crease 1 year post rhinoplasty won’t go away. What is this? (Photo)

I’ve had 3 rhinoplasties total. I got this same bump after my second rhinoplasty, and although it got way smaller it never fully went away but it didn’t bother me since it was so small. Now, after my third surgery, immediately after I had this bump come back and bigger. It’s been a year and has not gotten smaller. Sometimes I can press and puss will come out. What needs to be done for this? Thanks!
