The outcome is makes me feel horrible.on cast removal a scar was discovered and never really got explanation what it is and why happened. Also, the whole nose looked botched all over. I am about to start a legal procedure , and would like to seek advice what other professionals think about this overall. Thank you in advance!

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question everyone's face can be swollen due to the circumstances. It would be much better to talk about it with your surgeon.Best Regards!
Thank you for your query. A small amount of filler is the best non-surgical option to correct the “dent” in your nose. Lasers and creams are not usually helpful in this situation. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns.
It may not be your septum that is flexible but may be the cartilage has been removed from your tip. You need to get the operative note to find out what was done and see a surgeon to evaluate your bony structure as well as the cartilage structure of the tip of your nose.
