Thank you for your query. A small amount of filler is the best non-surgical option to correct the “dent” in your nose. Lasers and creams are not usually helpful in this situation. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns.

It may not be your septum that is flexible but may be the cartilage has been removed from your tip. You need to get the operative note to find out what was done and see a surgeon to evaluate your bony structure as well as the cartilage structure of the tip of your nose. Best Wishes, Gary...

It appears that is may be possible that your rib graft has changed shaped and may be causing the bumps. You need to be examined to see if the bumps are bony, cartilage or soft tissue. You will more than likely need a revision rhinoplasty to correct it. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
