I have posted previously about my rhinoplasty which was done in January this year. The outcome is not satisfactory and unfortunately the doctor who did this job cannot really see the issue apart from the scar on the top of my nosebridge. I was asked to post some before photos as well of my original nose. As you can see on the after photos, my nostrils are uneven and the skin/cartlige is haning around it and all over the plce. Could this be corrected? If so, how? Thank you!

If there is pus coming out of it then it needs to be debrided. There may be some retained foreign body or suture in this area.

If it has been 11 months then it is most likely not going to resolve spontaneously. You will probably need a revision. It appears your cartilage structure is deformed and you may need reconstruction with possible cartilage grafts. You need to contact the original surgeon. If he is not...
It is most likely that you will need a cartilage graft over the dorsum of the nose to bring your tip down. You will need this done under general anesthesia.
